Coastal Cryo Body, Beauty & Hair Clinic has a strict NO refund policy on purchases if you change your mind whether these programs are paid in full or, in the event that your circumstances change, or if you choose to discontinue treatments.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals.
  • For all appointments (whether made online or through the clinic), we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or change in appointment date/time.
  • If you, no show, reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • If this is a prepaid treatments, you will be forfeiting this treatment.
  • Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Deposits paid for consultations are non-refundable.

General Terms

  • Compliance with Australian Consumer Law: Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. We may also issue refunds at our discretion if we determine that a treatment purchased cannot be safely provided (e.g., if your skin type or health conditions are unsuitable for the selected treatment).

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to any appointment, regardless of booking method (online, telephone, or in-person).

  • Fees for Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment:

    • We may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
    • If the treatment was prepaid, it will be forfeited.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits for Consultations: Any deposit paid for consultations is non-refundable if you cancel within the 48-hour notice period or do not attend.

Prepaid Treatments

  • Savings & Expiry: Prepaid packages offer savings but are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages expire 18 months from the purchase

  • Booking Requirements: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling prepaid treatment appointments. If you cancel or miss an appointment within this notice period, your treatment will be forfeited.

  • Non-Transferable: Prepaid treatments cannot be transferred to other clients or treatment areas.

Responsibility & Expectations for Treatment Results

  • Complimentary Consultations: We offer complimentary consultations to provide you with information about our treatments and products. While we exercise due care and skill in treating our clients, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if a product or treatment is suitable for you.

  • Information Disclosure: It is essential that you provide Coastal Cryo Body, Beauty & Hair with all requested information when completing your consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments.

  • Realistic Expectations: Please have realistic expectations regarding treatment outcomes. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional to understand what results can be achieved through your treatment.

  • Agreement to Terms: By purchasing prepaid treatments, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Suspending Prepaid Treatment Packages

  • Suspension Eligibility: In exceptional circumstances, prepaid treatment packages may be eligible for suspension.

    • For certain medical conditions, prepaid treatment packages can be suspended for up to 12 months at our discretion.
  • Suspension Limit: Only one suspension is permitted per prepaid treatment package.

  • Documentation Requirement: Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates) may be required to consider the suspension request.

  • Expiry Adjustment: The time remaining on your prepaid treatments will be preserved during suspension and reinstated once you resume treatments.

Adverse Reactions Policy

  • Reporting & Cooperation: In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction to a treatment or product, contact Coastal Cryo Body, Beauty & Hair immediately. You must fully cooperate with our assessment process, which may involve providing photos, health records, or undergoing telehealth consultations.

  • Assessment Period: We may require up to 6 weeks to investigate any reported adverse reaction.

  • Follow-Up & Remedies: We will work with you to provide care recommendations, and, if necessary, may schedule additional follow-up appointments to assess your situation.

  • No Refunds for Adverse Reactions: While we take all necessary precautions to prevent adverse reactions, Coastal Cryo Body, Beauty & Hair is not liable for reactions outside our control, negligence, or fault. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Transfer Policy

  • Non-Transferable Treatments: Treatments and services booked online or in-clinic,whether prepaid or not, cannot be transferred to other individuals.

  • Treatment Areas: Pre-paid treatments for specific treatment areas cannot be transferred to other areas within a package.

Expiry Terms

  • Expiry for Prepaid Packages: Prepaid packages expire within 18 months

  • Promotions and Discounts: Promotional discounts on treatments are valid only within the designated promotional period and cannot be combined with prepaid package discounts.
